The ActionCOACH TNPY mission
To help business owners across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry move from working in their business to owning a business that works for them — through systems, numbers and accountability.
Culture
Fourteen principles that guide how we work with each other and with our clients.
We commit fully to our clients’ goals, and to our own.
We take responsibility for what happens and act first.
We say what we mean, do what we say, and speak up early if a promise is at risk.
We keep raising the standard, a little every week.
We speak openly and respectfully, and raise problems directly.
We play to win, and we want our clients to win too.
We keep learning, and we share what works in practice.
We lead, we cooperate and we ask for help when we need it.
Family, health and life matter as much as business.
Building a business is hard work, and it should still be enjoyable.
When something goes wrong, we fix the system before we blame the person.
We show up and do the work, week after week.
We say thank you and celebrate every win, big or small.
We give generously, knowing it comes back.
