In 12 years of training, consulting and coaching he has served more than 1,000 clients and delivered more than 100 consulting projects, for organisations including VA Tech WABAG, Proodle Hospitality, Vasantha Bhavan, OKJ and MM Groups.
An engineer with postgraduate management education, Raghav helps owners grow revenue and profit: pricing and costing, margins, cost control and finding where the business is leaking money. He works through powerful questions, practical tools, clear priorities and consistent accountability, so insight turns into action and action into measurable progress.
As an Executive Director with BNI for the Kanchipuram and Chengalpattu districts, Raghav builds communities where entrepreneurs share opportunities and grow together. His vision is to help 1 million entrepreneurs build thriving businesses by 2035.
