BIZMASTERS COACHING ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED
Effective Date: 2 November 2026
1. Introduction
Bizmasters Coaching Academy Private Limited (“Bizmasters”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to providing professional business coaching, training, leadership development and educational services.
Our programmes involve advance planning, allocation of professional resources, scheduling of coaches and trainers, reservation of participant capacity and other operational commitments.
Accordingly, we maintain a strict non-refundable payment policy for customer-initiated cancellations, withdrawals, non-attendance and changes of mind, subject to applicable law.
This Policy governs purchases and registrations made through our websites, payment gateways, authorised payment links and other approved payment channels.
Customers are required to review and expressly accept the applicable Terms & Conditions and this Cancellation & Refund Policy before completing payment.
2. Acceptance of binding terms
By completing a purchase after expressly accepting the applicable terms, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- They have reviewed the programme description, fees, schedule, delivery format and applicable conditions.
- They understand the nature and scope of the services being purchased.
- They are voluntarily enrolling in or purchasing the relevant programme or service.
- They have reviewed and accepted the Company’s cancellation and refund conditions.
- They understand that voluntary cancellation, withdrawal, change of mind or failure to attend does not ordinarily entitle them to a refund.
- Their purchase constitutes acceptance of the applicable contractual payment obligations, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Once the customer has affirmatively accepted the binding terms and successfully completed payment, the purchase is treated as final and non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations, withdrawals, no-shows and changes of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Strict no refund policy
All payments made towards programmes or services offered by Bizmasters Coaching Academy Private Limited are non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations, subject to applicable law.
This applies to:
- Business coaching programmes.
- Executive and leadership coaching.
- Individual and group coaching.
- Business development workshops.
- Sales and management training.
- Seminars and conferences.
- Webinars and online training.
- Professional assessments.
- DISC assessments.
- Digital courses and learning programmes.
- Other paid professional development services.
Once payment has been completed following acceptance of the relevant terms, customers will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund merely because they:
- Decide not to participate.
- Change their mind.
- Cancel their registration.
- Withdraw from the programme.
- Experience personal scheduling conflicts.
- Fail to attend a scheduled session.
- Discontinue participation after commencement.
- Do not utilise the purchased services.
- Decide that the programme is no longer relevant to their personal or business objectives.
No refund will ordinarily be provided for these reasons, irrespective of whether the customer has attended any sessions, provided the applicable terms are lawful and enforceable.
4. No refund for no-shows
Customers are responsible for attending programmes, appointments, workshops and sessions for which they have registered.
Failure to attend a scheduled programme or session does not create an entitlement to a refund where the Company has made the agreed service available.
This includes:
- Failure to attend an individual coaching session.
- Missing a scheduled group coaching session.
- Non-attendance at a workshop or seminar.
- Failure to join an online webinar.
- Failure to participate in a registered training programme.
No-shows resulting from personal commitments, scheduling conflicts, travel difficulties or other customer-related circumstances will not ordinarily qualify for refunds.
Where a customer requests rescheduling, the Company may consider the request at its discretion, subject to availability and the applicable programme terms.
Rescheduling is not an automatic entitlement and does not create a right to a refund.
5. No refund for customer-initiated cancellation
Once payment has been completed following acceptance of the applicable contractual terms, a customer who voluntarily cancels a registration or service engagement will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund.
This applies whether cancellation is requested:
- Immediately after payment.
- Before the programme begins.
- Shortly before a scheduled event.
- After one or more sessions.
- During an ongoing coaching engagement.
A customer’s voluntary decision to cancel does not automatically release them from valid payment obligations under a separately executed service agreement.
Any cancellation-related financial consequences must be lawful, reasonable and consistent with the applicable contractual arrangements.
6. No refund for withdrawal or discontinuation
Customers enrolling in coaching and training programmes are encouraged to participate consistently and complete the agreed programme.
However, customers remain free to discontinue their participation.
Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation does not ordinarily create an entitlement to a refund of fees already paid.
This applies even where the customer:
- Has not attended the first session.
- Has attended only part of the programme.
- Has not utilised the available coaching resources.
- Has decided to pursue alternative coaching services.
- Is dissatisfied solely because expected business outcomes have not materialised.
Business coaching involves the development and implementation of strategies, skills, systems and leadership capabilities.
Specific commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed and may depend on factors outside the Company’s control.
This provision does not exclude remedies for legally actionable deficiencies, misrepresentation, non-delivery or breach of an applicable service agreement.
7. Programme transfers and rescheduling
Transfers of registrations or changes to scheduled programmes are not automatically permitted.
Customers requesting a transfer or rescheduling must contact the Company.
The Company may consider such requests depending on:
- Programme availability.
- Coach or trainer availability.
- Administrative feasibility.
- Programme eligibility.
- Relevant contractual conditions.
Approval of any transfer, rescheduling or credit arrangement is discretionary unless otherwise required by law or an applicable agreement.
Such accommodation does not establish an entitlement to similar arrangements for future purchases.
8. Digital products and assessments
Payments made towards digital educational products, online learning programmes, assessments and downloadable resources are subject to the same non-refundable conditions for voluntary cancellation or change of mind.
Once a customer has purchased access to a digital course, assessment or learning resource, voluntary non-use does not ordinarily create a refund entitlement.
Where a purchased digital service is unavailable, materially defective or not delivered as represented, the customer may request an appropriate remedy under applicable law.
9. Cancellation or non-delivery by the Company
The non-refundable conditions applicable to voluntary customer cancellations do not eliminate the Company’s obligations to deliver purchased services.
Where the Company cancels a programme, fails to deliver a contracted service or makes a material change that prevents delivery as agreed, customers will be offered an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include:
- Delivery on an alternative agreed date.
- Provision of an equivalent service accepted by the customer.
- A refund for the undelivered service.
- Another remedy required by applicable law.
Customers will not be compelled to accept a substitute service where applicable law entitles them to a refund.
10. Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
A refund or other appropriate remedy may be required in circumstances involving:
- Duplicate or erroneous payments.
- Failure by the Company to deliver contracted services.
- Material misrepresentation of a programme or service.
- Legally actionable deficiencies in service delivery.
- Unlawful or unfair contractual conditions.
- Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law or competent authority.
Requests falling within these circumstances will be reviewed individually.
The existence of this Policy does not automatically determine the outcome of a legally valid complaint.

Customers who believe that a payment has been processed incorrectly or that a statutory refund entitlement exists may submit a written request to:
