Any authorised use must comply with the relevant intellectual property permissions, licensing arrangements and applicable law.

Authorised use of ActionCOACH branding does not change the separate legal identity of Bizmasters Coaching Academy Private Limited or automatically make another ActionCOACH entity a party to transactions contracted directly with Bizmasters.

Submitting an enquiry or registration request does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a programme.

Where payment has already been received and the Company cannot provide the purchased service, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.

These providers may maintain their own security arrangements, transaction procedures and privacy policies.

Customers should use authorised payment channels and take appropriate precautions to safeguard payment credentials.

7.4 Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

Where a duplicate or erroneous payment has been received by the Company, the transaction will be reviewed and any amount determined to be refundable will be processed in accordance with applicable law and payment-system requirements.

8. Strict cancellation and no refund policy

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT.

Bizmasters Coaching Academy Private Limited maintains a strict non-refundable payment policy for customer-initiated cancellations, withdrawals, non-attendance, discontinuation and changes of mind, subject to applicable law.

Our programmes require advance planning, professional resource allocation, scheduling commitments and reservation of programme capacity.

Accordingly, where a customer has expressly accepted the applicable binding terms and successfully completed payment, the transaction is treated as final and non-refundable for voluntary customer-related reasons.

8.1 No Refund After Payment

Once payment has been completed following acceptance of the applicable terms, no refund will ordinarily be provided for a customer-initiated cancellation or change of mind, regardless of whether the programme has commenced.

This includes cancellation requests made immediately after payment or before the first scheduled session.

The condition applies subject to mandatory statutory rights and the enforceability of the relevant contractual terms.

8.2 No Refund for No-Shows

Customers who fail to attend a registered programme, coaching session, workshop, seminar, webinar or other scheduled service will not ordinarily be eligible for a refund where the Company has made the purchased service available as agreed.

Failure to attend does not automatically release customers from valid payment obligations.

8.3 No Refund for Withdrawal

Customers who voluntarily withdraw or discontinue participation after registration and payment will not ordinarily be entitled to refunds.

This applies irrespective of whether they have attended one session, multiple sessions or no sessions, subject to applicable law.

8.4 No Refund for Change of Mind

8.6 Legally Required Exceptions

The non-refundable conditions in this section do not exclude statutory remedies relating to:

The Company will not impose cancellation charges prohibited by applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. Rescheduling and programme transfers

Requests to reschedule coaching sessions or transfer programme registrations are subject to the Company’s approval.

Approval may depend on:

Rescheduling or transfer is not automatically guaranteed.

Where the Company voluntarily approves a transfer or rescheduling request, the arrangement will be communicated to the customer.

Such approval does not automatically create a refund entitlement or alter the original payment obligations.

Any statutory or contractual right to rescheduling or an alternative remedy will remain unaffected.

10. Cancellation or service interruption by the Company

The Company may occasionally need to cancel, postpone or reschedule a programme because of operational, technical or other legitimate circumstances.

Where the Company is unable to deliver a contracted service as agreed, an appropriate remedy will be offered.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include:

  1. An alternative agreed programme date.
  2. Delivery of an equivalent service accepted by the customer.
  3. A refund for the undelivered service.
  4. Another legally required remedy.

The Company’s non-refundable policy for voluntary customer cancellations does not eliminate its responsibility to deliver contracted services.

Any applicable statutory refund rights will be respected.

These services are intended to help individuals and organisations improve business knowledge, decision-making capabilities, leadership effectiveness and operational performance.
