Both. Owners and managers can book seats at an open seminar, and TeamRICH works even better as a private workshop with your whole team in the room.

Book seats for your leaders, or ask for a TeamRICH just for your team.
Together Everyone Achieves More
Sound familiar?
Talented people. Pulling in different directions.
You hired good people. Yet decisions wait for you, small problems grow into big ones, departments blame each other and the same conversations happen every week. The moment you step away, things slip.
It isn’t a people problem. It’s a team that hasn’t been built yet.
- That’s not my job.
- Nobody told me.
- Let’s wait for the boss to decide.
- We’ve always done it this way.
Signs your team isn’t a team yet
- Every decision waits for the owner
- Blame between departments
- Meetings that change nothing
- Good people leaving
- The same mistakes, again
- Standards that slip when you’re away
One-minute quiz
How does your team play the game?
How people play a game is a mirror of how they work. There are four ways to play, and only one where the whole team keeps scoring. Five honest answers show which one your team plays most days. Your answers stay on this page.

Keys to a winning team
Six keys. One championship team.
Every winning team, on the field or in business, has the same six things in place. Get all six and something remarkable happens: synergy, where the team achieves far more than its people could alone.
- 1 Strong leadership Passion and responsibility from the top: leaders who enrol and inspire.
- 2 A common goal Everyone knows where the team is going, and why it matters to them.
- 3 Rules of the game Agreed standards: tight on culture, loose on how people get there.
- 4 An action plan Who does what, by when, written down for everyone to see.
- 5 Support for risk-taking Room to try, fail and improve. Breakthroughs follow breakdowns.
- 6 100% involvement Everyone in, nobody left on the bench.
The people may change, but the team sticks together.
The formula for change
Is your team ready to change?
People don’t resist change. They resist being changed when the reasons aren’t strong enough. Change happens when dissatisfaction, a clear vision and first steps together outweigh the pull of the old way.
( D × V ) + F > R
- A tap on the shoulderA small sign something’s off.
- A plank of woodIgnore it and it hits harder.
- A truckIgnore that and it flattens you.
Feel the taps: problems you run from only get bigger.
Not yet. Make the first steps small, clear and obvious to everyone.

What you walk away with

- Assertive communicationRespect for yourself and for others, at the same time.
- The six keys to a winning teamAnd where your team is missing one.

Learn by playing
How you play a game is how you work
Behaviour in games is a mirror of behaviour at work. Quick, active games show your team things a lecture never could, and the conversation afterwards is where the change starts.
- The handshake game Points are on the line. Does your team play to beat each other, or to score together?
- Change five things Why people change back after a training day, and how to make change stick.
- The Maze A hidden path, no talking, and everyone has to cross. How does your team face the unknown?
The games are quick, active and never embarrassing. Your coach chooses the ones that suit your group.
Your half day
Three to four hours. Fun, honest, and it sticks.

FAQ
TeamRICH, answered
Is TeamRICH for owners, or for the whole team?
Will my team find the games awkward?
They’re quick, fun and never embarrassing. Everyone takes part at their own level, and the point is what the games reveal about how you work together.
How many people can come?
Open seminars are small groups. A TeamRICH for your team works best with about 5 to 20 people, so everyone takes part.
How long is it?
Half a day, about three to four hours. A TeamRICH for your own team can run to a full day.
Is it in person or online?
The team games work best in person. Each seminar states its format and venue, and a TeamRICH for your team can be at your office.
Can it be shaped around our team?
Yes. For a private TeamRICH your coach talks to you first about your team’s challenges and uses examples from your industry.
What should we bring?
An open mind, comfortable clothes for the games, and the team challenges you’d most like to fix.
How much is a seat?
The seat fee is shown with each seminar date. For a TeamRICH for your team, ask us and we’ll quote for your group.
What happens after the seminar?
You leave with your action plan and a RICH-ual to start. To go further, book a Free Business Analysis, or take your leaders through the 12-Week High Performance Teams MasterCLASS.
